به گزارش ایرنا، دو سازمان حقوقی 'ریپریو' و 'لی دی و همكاران' از دستگاه قضایی انگلیس خواسته اند با بازنگری درباره شكایت های قبلی مطرح شده در این زمینه، دستور تسریع در رسیدگی به اتهام همدستی انگلیس را صادر كند.

یك سخنگوی سازمان حقوق بشری 'ریپریو' عصر دوشنبه در مصاحبه با خبرنگار ایرنا، گفت: ما از طرف یك دانش آموز پاكستانی به نام 'نور خان' كه پدرش در جریان یكی از حملات هواپیماهای بدون سرنشین آمریكا به منطقه قبایلی پاكستان كشته شده است، این شكایت را مطرح كرده ایم.

وی افزود: این پرونده سابقه ای چند ماهه دارد و اقدام قضایی اخیر ما در واقع درخواست رسیدگی فوری به موضوع خودداری دولت انگلیس در ارائه اطلاعات در این زمینه است.

وی اظهارداشت: موكل ما در واقع دولت انگلیس و وزیر خارجه را به عنوان مسئول نهایی سازمان های امنیتی خارجی كشور در مورد همدستی احتمالی با سازمان سیا در عملیات هواپیماهای بدون سرنشین آمریكا به چالش كشیده است.

پدر 'نورخان' یكی از 50 نفری بود كه در 17 مارس 2011(اواخر اسفند 1389) در جریان حمله یكی از هواپیماهای بدون سرنشین به منطقه وزیرستان شمالی پاكستان كشته شدند.

این سخنگوی سازمان 'ریپریو' تاكید كرد: با اینكه دولت انگلیس از تایید و تكذیب همكاری خود با آمریكا در این زمینه خودداری می كند، ولی گزارش هایی وجود دارد كه نشان می دهد سازمان های اطلاعاتی انگلیس احتمالا در تهیه اطلاعات برای آمریكا در این حملات دخالت داشته اند.

وی افزود: ما اوایل سال جاری میلادی نامه ای را از طرف خانواده برخی از قربانیان حملات هواپیماهای بدون سرنشین آمریكا به پاكستان خطاب به ویلیام هیگ وزیر خارجه انگلیس نوشتیم و از وی خواستیم كه در این زمینه توضیح دهد.

'وكلای این قربانیان همچنین در 13 مارس 2012 (23 اسفند 1390) با ثبت شكایتی خواستار رسیدگی قضایی به این موضوع شدند كه تاكنون نتیجه ای نداشته است و ما در درخواست قضایی جدید خود از دادگاه خواسته ایم كه به خاطر فوریت موضوع، طی 10 روز آینده اعلام كند كه آیا به این پرونده رسیدگی می شود یا نه؟'

بر اساس بیانیه ای كه از سوی موسسه 'ریپریو' منتشر شده، آمده است: به دلیل نگرانی از غیرقانونی بودن همكاری اطلاعاتی انگلیس با آمریكا در زمینه حملات هواپیماهای بدون سرنشین، به خطر افتادن جان بسیاری از انسان های بی گناه در این حملات و همچنین لزوم اطلاع عمومی از این همكاری ها، رسیدگی فوری به این موضوع ضرورت دارد.

بیانیه افزوده است: با توجه به اینكه انگلیس با پاكستان در جنگ نیست، لذا افشای اطلاعات موجود در این زمینه برای دادگاه نه تنها مخالف منافع و امنیت ملی كشور نیست بلكه در راستای منافع عمومی می باشد.

سخنگوی 'ریپریو' گفت: با توجه به اینكه صدها نفر در جریان حملات هواپیماهای بدون سرنشین سازمان 'سیا' به پاكستان كشته شده اند، دادگاه انگلیس باید اقدام فوری برای روشن شدن نقش انگلیس در این حملات به عمل آورد.

سازمان حقوقی 'لی دی و همكاران' اواخر سال گذشته به نمایندگی از 'نورخان' در نامه ای به وزیر خارجه انگلیس با به چالش كشیدن سیاست های دولت این كشور در قبال 'كشتار هدفمند' مردم در مناطق قبایلی پاكستان از ویلیام هیگ خواسته بود سیاست لندن را در قبال ارائه اطلاعات به آمریكا در این زمینه روشن كند.

در این نامه آمده بود: 'آیا دولت انگلیس اطلاعاتی در اختیار آمریكا قرار داده است كه احتمالا از این اطلاعات در حمله هواپیماهای بدون سرنشین آمریكا به یك جرگه -شورای قبایلی- در هفدهم ماه مارس 2011 در مناطق مرزی پاكستان استفاده شده باشد؟، حمله ای كه پدر نورخان نیز در جریان آن كشته شد.'

گزارش های متعددی در مورد همكاری سازمان های اطلاعاتی انگلیس با آمریكا در زمینه ارائه اطلاعات درباره محل استقرار شبه نظامیان ادعایی منتشر شده است كه گفته می شود آمریكا از همین اطلاعات در حملات خود بهره برده است. بر اثر حملات هواپیماهای بدون سرنشین آمریكا به مناطق مرزی پاكستان تاكنون صدها غیرنظامی كشته شده اند.

'ریچارد استین' رییس گروه حقوق بشر در سازمان 'لی دی و همكاران' در این باره گفت: ما در نامه خود به وزیرخارجه انگلیس از وی خواسته ایم كه بطور شفاف اعلام كند كه آیا انگلیس اطلاعاتی را برای استفاده در عملیات هواپیماهای بدون سرنشین در اختیار آمریكا قرار داده است یا نه؟

'همچنین دولت انگلیس باید یا به طور قاطعانه ارائه اطلاعات به آمریكا در این زمینه را تكذیب كند و یا توضیح دهد كه با چه توجیهی اقدام به این كار كرده است؟ آیا دولت انگلیس حمله به خانواده نور خان و دیگر حملات هواپیماهای بدون سرنشین آمریكا را قانونی می داند یا نه؟ و اگر قانونی می داند توجیه و استدلالش در این زمینه چیست؟'

وی افزود: عملیات هواپیماهای بدون سرنشین آمریكا در پاكستان هزاران غیرنظامی را كشته و مجروح كرده است و چون انگلیس درگیر جنگ با پاكستان نیست، هرگونه همكاری دولت این كشور در این زمینه بر خلاف قوانین و مقررات بین المللی خواهد بود.
